This FOIA contains information memoranda from 2007 to President George W. Bush regarding The Technical Cooperation Program, as well as a memorandum discussing The Technical Cooperation Program. It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
