This FOIA primarily contains speech drafts, printed bound copies of the speech, news articles, printed emails consisting of press releases and a Q and A with Condoleezza Rice, and a memo to the record and emails relating to the removal of a speech draft from the White House for display at the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library.
