This FOIA primarily contains NSC/RMO profile sheets, action data summary reports, and distribution sheets related to meetings and documents concerning the Millennium Challenge Account.
It should be noted that many of the documents in this FOIA have been closed due to National Security classification and/or exemptions of the Freedom of Information Act.
