This FOIA primarily contains general correspondence and routing memoranda. The bulk of this material consists of correspondence between the White House and the general public to include Martin O’Malley. Topics include the Steel Safeguard Tariff Program, the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), energy rates and the Mercury Export Ban of 2008. Also included are birthday greetings from President and Mrs. Bush and an invitation to President Bush to attend an Orioles game.
